STATIC GUARD

Our security personnel are trained to provide exceptional security and safety services to all of our clients. Staff performance reviews are done on a regular basis and performance measurements with SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, timely) objectives are defined with each staff member.

Static guards at Blackstone Security are experienced and carefully selected for individual projects, with our strict hiring process to ensure the safety. Our guards are certified with OFA I and OFA II certificates, and each guard goes through an five-day intensive training process guaranteeing we provide only the very best security services to our clients.

MOBILE PATROL

The mobile patrol service is ideal for any sites that require security services. The presence of a mobile unit will deter criminal activity by safeguarding the sites as they are patrolling the site.

Blackstone’s mobile patrol car is marked with the BLACKSTONE company logo and all our mobile cars are hybrid vehicles. Our mobile patrol team has highly trained guards with over 5 years experience in mobile patrol security as well as alarm response.

MONITORING CONTROL CENTER SERVICES (MCCS)

Our MCCS runs 24 hours, seven days a week, and 365 days a year. The recording will be available for viewing at any time and stored for up to 3 months.

The security officers at our monitoring center are trained to evaluate and respond within seconds to any alarm of breaking, trespassing, loitering, and stealing any equipment.

Our security officers respond to all emergencies and will dispatch our mobile guards and the police. Our average time for arrival is less than 15 minutes. The security officer will interface with local first-responders 911 police, and be supervised under our Blackstone team of supervisors.
